The ThrustMaster T150 Pro Force Feedback gamepad is completely tailored to the adepts of the racing genre of computer and console games. The model is suitable both for use in conjunction with a PC and with Sony PlayStation 3 or Sony PlayStation 4 game consoles.
Quality construction
The manipulator consists of a base with a steering wheel and a pedal block. Optionally, it is proposed to purchase a TH8A gearbox. The base with a steering wheel of 28 cm diameter is made in a non-separable design. For fastening to the tabletop, a threaded hole is provided in the centre of the "bottom" of the main unit of the device. The steering column feedback is built according to a combined scheme using a belt and gear drive. The stiffness of the steering wheel is adjusted in proprietary software.
Feedback
The force feedback drive system allows you to feel the relief of a virtual road and the unevenness of the roadway in your own skin, to feel the resistance of the “wheelbarrow” during braking and skidding. The range of rotation of the steering wheel of the manipulator is set within wide limits from 270° to 1080°. Additionally, it provides rubberized grips for hands, and 12 control buttons are dispersed around the perimeter of the steering wheel, duplicating the functions of a gamepad.
Optimal balance
In addition to the model comes a block with three pedals: clutch, brake and gas. The distance between them, the angle of inclination and the height of the pedals can be flexibly adjusted to suit a particular pilot. Another important design element of the ThrustMaster T150 Pro Force Feedback is paddle shifters. The right trigger is upshifting, while the left trigger is downshifting. The paddle quickly adapts to the individual driving style of virtual racers, provides force feedback and is built entirely from high-quality components, which is what is required from a well-balanced gaming steering wheel.
