ThrustMaster T248X

High-end racing kit consisting of a wheel and pedals with Force Feedback system, branded magnetic switch mechanisms and a full LED screen. In terms of equipment and positioning, it is an upgrade of the T128X system, with the same visual design, but more pedals and a more useful screen. While the T128X was equipped with simple LED indicators, the T248X uses a monochrome screen that can display 2 dozen parameters ranging from rpm and gear ratio to best lap time and total time.

The signature belt-driven Hybrid Drive system supports 3 types of feedback: Classic, Extended (for better control when skidding) and Enhanced Feedback to convey all the physical sensations during a race when a sports car accidentally hits a curb or crashes off the track. The magnetic shift paddles are based on H.E.A.R.T's proprietary non-contact magnet system, which provides ultra-fast gear changes (30ms response time) with a crisp click to help avoid mistakes during a ride.

The included pedal set (throttle, clutch, brake) is built using a durable magnetic mechanism and supports 4 different modes of pressing the brake pedal. The steering wheel controls are designed in the usual style for this series: on the left there is a 4-position D-pad, on the right there are 4 main control buttons duplicating a gamepad, in the center of the steering wheel there are function keys, and on the sides there are switches and analogues of triggers. The manufacturer promises full compatibility with most popular racing simulators released on PC and Xbox platforms in recent years.
