The power of 2000 W provides fairly fast heating. Inside there are two grooved plates measuring 30x24 cm. They are not removable, which makes cleaning somewhat more difficult, but they have a non-stick coating that prevents food from sticking and is easier to clean.

It also allows you to use a minimal amount of oil, making your food less calorie-dense. At the same time, excess oil and fat during frying flows into a removable tray, which helps keep the kitchen and the grill itself clean. The design of TRISTAR GR-2853 implies two methods of operation. The first is the traditional method, in which both plates are closed and thus the ingredients are fried on both sides simultaneously.

The second option is completely open plates, which together form one large workspace. You can use it to cook more food or even several different dishes at the same time. Another advantage is the automatic adjustment of the plate height. Simply put, the lid adapts to the height of the product without compressing it or leaving uncooked areas. The lid is also fixed in a closed position, due to which the grill can be stored both horizontally and vertically. The model does not have a large number of different settings, so it is as simple and easy to use as possible. On the case there are indicators that indicate switching on and heating, and a rotary switch for adjusting the temperature - up to a maximum of 225 degrees. Anti-slip feet increase the stability of the device on any surface.
