UWatch A1 is an ultra-affordable ticket to the smartwatch arena. Yes, not simple, but with a built-in mobile communication module on board.
The watch is equipped with a rectangular touch screen with a diagonal of 1.54" and a resolution of 240x240 pixels. The display of the model does not shine with an outstanding picture, moreover, it does not always respond sensitively to touch. However, the screen fulfills its price tag in full. A selfie camera lens with a modest resolution of 0.3 MP is visible in a small round hole under the display.
"Under the guise" of a plastic cover on the "sirloin" side of the body of the device are slots for a microSIM card and a microSD flash drive. As you might guess, it is the SIM card that ensures the operation of the telephone module. Without it, the watch can be used to receive calls and read messages from a wirelessly linked smartphone.
Following UWatch A1, the basic parameters of the user's physical activity are recorded: the number of steps taken, the distance covered, calories burned. And you shouldn't expect more from them. The frankly weak side of the model is an unreliable battery, which either does not hold for a full day, or swells up after some time of operation. This can be justified by the desire of the manufacturer to save as much as possible on the production of watches. And indeed, the price tag for them in stores starts at about $ 10 — given the functionality of the gadget, it costs almost nothing.
