Engineers have also improved fitness tracking, enhanced the accuracy of the dual-frequency GPS, and navigation as a whole, including built-in maps and the Track Back function — a return to the starting point of the route, which is useful during hikes or runs.

Additionally, the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra 2025 has gained extra sensors: ECG is now joined by blood pressure measurement, vascular load monitoring, and sleep apnea detection. Battery life remains at a respectable level — up to 60 hours with the Always On Display active and up to 100 hours in power-saving mode, which is an excellent indication for devices running on Wear OS.
