There is a rigid frame around the perimeter of the construction to prevent pressure from the contents on the back. Additionally, the system is highly repairable. The Vaude Jura 24 model is equipped with an adjustable sternum strap, a comfortable waist belt, and ergonomic Ergoshape straps that fit snugly without restricting movement — regardless of the user's gender.

The main compartment has a 24-liter capacity and is complemented by a top flap with a pocket, which includes a key holder and space for a flashlight or other small items. There are two compartments on each side — a zippered one and an elastic mesh one on top.
