High quality and lightness
Wechsel's Zero-G Line is a single person advanced trekking tent. The corresponding status is reinforced even by the little things of equipment: silicone impregnation of the awning and glued seams in the floor area, reflective braces, high-quality YKK brand fittings, as well as a well-thought-out ventilation system with an abundance of windows. Wechsel Exogen 1 Zero-G Line is able to interest, first of all, those tourists who count every additional gram and cubic centimeter in their equipment. So, the tent weighs a little less than 1.5 kg and will take about 10 liters in a backpack (dimensions 45x15x15 cm).
Robust and practical design
The hemispherical shape of the model is set by a pair of aluminium arcs. The main one provides hub connectors on both sides, through which support arch-racks are easily attached to it. This design adds stability to the tent and, together with clear colour coding, simplifies assembly. The second arc forms a vestibule, and by the standards of a single solution, it is quite large (length 46 cm). In it, if necessary, there is enough space to accommodate things even for several tourists. The dimensions of the sleeping area are quite standard (215x70x95 cm). One entrance leads here, plus inside there are pockets to avoid clutter and make room for various little things.
Nylon fabric
All textile materials of the model are represented by nylon. The outer tent is reinforced with a RipStop system that increases tear strength. Its water resistance is at the base level of 3000 mm of water column. The nylon bottom is even denser and has a water resistance of 5000 mm, which in fact, usually, is enough to protect against getting wet in different weather. The downside of the tent is the high price compared to the main 1-seater competitors. But in return, the Wechsel Exogen 1 Zero-G Line offers the hiker many benefits, including overall quality, light weight, ease of installation and direct use.
