A smartphone of the initial medium level without support for working in the newfangled fifth-generation mobile networks. This prerogative was left to the “namesake” of the model with an additional 5G prefix. For a moment, the device in question has almost nothing in common with it. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro 4G 256GB uses a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with Full HD+ resolution (2400x1080 pixels) and a refresh rate of 120Hz as a screen.

For the smartphone, support for Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos technologies is announced - HDR and surround sound, respectively. The model borrowed the processor from the “grandson” of Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro – the device is powered by the “octa-core” Snapdragon 732G. The maximum configuration of the smartphone provides 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256 GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. The expansion slot here is hybrid - for two SIMs or one "SIM" in the company of a microSD card. The rear quad camera of the mobile device is equipped with a 108MP main image sensor. The smartphone also has a 5000 mAh battery with 67 W fast wired charging, a side fingerprint scanner and an NFC chip (the latter is not for all markets).
