The Xiaomi multi-oven is a fairly compact device for frying and baking dishes with an appetizing crispy crust, but with a minimum amount of fat and oil. The model is equipped with a 4-liter bowl and an additional grill grate, on which you can cook a large amount of food at the same time. 1600W power and 360-degree hot air circulation ensure rapid temperature rise and more balanced heat distribution. The non-stick coating of the bowl prevents food from burning and makes cleaning after cooking easy. A transparent window on the body makes it possible to control the cooking process without having to take out the basket. Xiaomi SmartAir Fryer Pro operates in a temperature range from 40 to 200 °C and offers a choice of 11 preset programs, including frying, baking, yogurt, fruit drying, defrosting and fermentation.

For control, a convenient rotary switch and an OLED display are provided, which displays information about modes, temperature and time. You can also set a delay start timer, scheduling your cooking in advance at a convenient time. But perhaps the most important advantage of the model is its smart control. The multi-oven connects to a smartphone or tablet via Wi-Fi, and through a proprietary application you can remotely control its operation and view new recipes. In addition, the device supports Google Assistant and understands voice commands.
