Model overview based on user reviews
The Xilence Performance A+ III, specifically the XP450R11 model, is noted for its affordable price and convenient installation with long wires. However, users have reported significant issues with its performance. It does not hold the stated load, leading to frequent PC reboots and shutdowns under load, suggesting it may not deliver the full 450W as advertised. While it operates normally without load, the noise level increases significantly when the computer is under strain. Overall, despite its appealing price and features, the product has left users disappointed due to its inability to meet power expectations, prompting some to consider replacements.

great model, love it

Before this PSU, all the units worked for me, although they were all from other manufacturers, this is the first time I’ve used this, and I’m still disappointed.
price. convenient installation. long wires.
does not hold the stated load. Many times the PC rebooted on its own. When you start straining the computer, there’s a noise that you can’t escape from.

normal model, nothing special

Bought for the Ryzen 5 3600 processor. As a result, the PC started shutting down under loads. When there's no load, it works. I will be replacing it. There's nothing else left to do. Not satisfied.
Externally normal. Inexpensive. Length of wires.
it doesn’t hold the declared load, and I think that it’s not 450 W... but what 400 W.

Kvadratish, praktish, gut

Xilence Performance A+ III XP650MR11 is a 650W computer power supply with semi-modular wiring and 80 PLUS Bronze Energy Efficiency certification. Additionally, the Active PFC power correction mechanism also contributes to the efficient consumption of electricity. The XP650MR11 is built on the German HEC electronic platformer with a progressive DC-DC conversion circuit. The capacitors are made in Taiwan.

Convenient cable management

On the main line +12 volts, the Xilence Performance A + III XP650MR11 produces an honest 650 watts, which is equal to one hundred percent of the claimed. The processor power cable is made with a reinforced 4 + 4-pin cable (except that it is a bit short — 55 cm), and there are two pieces of 6 + 2-pin graphics card connectors. This allows you to power any, even the most voracious percent and vidyuhu. Detachable wires are shaped like flat pliable noodles to fit neatly inside the PC case.

Without noise and dust

At half load, the Xilence Performance A+ III XP650MR11 produces an efficiency of as much as 88%, for which it deservedly received the official 80 PLUS Bronze certification. Whereas many other PSUs in this price segment are content either with the junior 80 PLUS White certificate (85% efficiency), or have not passed the external certification procedure at all. The XP650MR11 is cooled by a 12 cm fan: up to 40% of the load, it rotates at speeds up to 750 rpm (18 dB, which is almost indistinguishable by ear), and at 100% it accelerates to 1500 rpm and 29 dB, respectively.

defensive reflexes

The Xilence Performance A + III XP650MR11 implements all the possibilities of electrical protection levels, namely: OCP and OLP from overload, OVP and UVP from over and under voltage, SCP from short circuits and even OTP from overheating (the latter is rare in this price category). The input voltage of a household power supply can vary from 200 – 240 volts. In addition to the “bronze” semi-modular Performance A + III, there are power supplies in the Xilence range both cheaper and more expensive: for example, also “bronze”, but not the model XP630R8 or “golden” XP850MR9.
