XREAL Air 2

Compact AR glasses in the mid-price range, designed for viewing multimedia content, games, and providing real-time information (such as navigation or Google Maps). These glasses act as a wearable display that turns any compatible smartphone, laptop, or gaming console into a personal theater or gaming screen, while maintaining the compactness and lightness of classic glasses. The visual system is based on Micro OLED panels from Sony with a birdbath optical scheme, providing the equivalent of a 1080p image with a 46° field of view, brightness of 500 nits, and TÜV Color certification.

The use of OLED matrices ensures deep blacks, high contrast, and vibrant colors, creating a more immersive effect when watching movies or gaming. Compared to the previous generation Air 1, the Air 2 model has significant ergonomic improvements: new removable nose pads in three sizes provide less pressure and ensure comfort during extended wear, and more flexible temples better adapt to the shape of the head.

The display's quality and spatial audio have also improved. The built-in audio system with Directional Audio technology creates a directed sound flow that is only audible to the glasses wearer, ensuring privacy and minimizing noise for others. XREAL Air 2 works only through a wired connection to smartphones, tablets, laptops, gaming consoles, and other gadgets via USB C. Devices without a USB C video output or with HDMI ports will require an additional Xreal Beam or Xreal Beam Pro station, which acts as an adapter and adds extra image processing functionalities.
