The visual system is based on a birdbath optical scheme, creating the equivalent of a 1080p display with an expanded field of view of 57° (14% more than standard XREAL One). The display operates at a refresh rate of 120 Hz, reaches a peak brightness of 700 nits (100 nits higher than the basic version), and has several TÜV Rheinland certifications. A key feature of the XREAL One Pro is the mechanical interpupillary distance (IPD) adjustment, which allows for precise adaptation of the optics to individual vision characteristics.

Extensive software settings include screen size adjustment, distance to the screen, stabilization, side view, brightness, image optimization, color temperature, switching between 2D/3D modes, and Ultra Wide mode. Other notable features of the glasses include a built-in premium-class audio system from Bose, an array of four microphones for real-time recording, and a modular Xreal Eye camera with a 12 MP resolution and support for video recording in 1080p/60fps.
