The headset is designed in a mono format with an adjustable ear hook and an in-ear headphone featuring a 13 mm dynamic driver. The speaker covers a frequency range from 100 Hz to 20 kHz.

Meanwhile, a system of four microphones with beamforming technology provides high effectiveness in intelligent noise cancellation. The Yealink BH71 Pro claims to suppress up to 90% of background noise, ensuring the voice remains clear even on transport, in open-space offices, or outdoors.
