Dual functionality of the protector

The asymmetrical tread design of this model provides two zones with different properties: the inner part guarantees safety on wet asphalt, while the outer zone is responsible for the stability of the car on dry roads and when maneuvering. The central part with three stiffening ribs and slots improves grip on both dry and wet surfaces.

Efficient drainage system

The tire's design includes four sipes to effectively drain water from under the tire, preventing the risk of aquaplaning. The Yokohama BluEarth-GT AE-51 provides excellent traction in a variety of weather conditions, although it is primarily intended for the summer season.

Fuel economy and durability

Thanks to its lightweight design and uniform pressure distribution, the tire exhibits low rolling resistance, which contributes to fuel economy and increased service life without loss of tread quality.
