They are made with strong solid steel handles and cast iron heads that are coated in high-grade rubber, designed to withstand intense sessions. The rubber helps decrease noise when placing them down and also protects your floors. Grip them solidly yet comfortably thanks to the knurled pattern on the contoured handles. These weight dumbbells will suit use both at home and in lighter commercial applications.
