You can achieve anything from boost, transparent low gain, to huge amp-like medium overdrive sounds. The simple knob functions give you control over the Volume, Body (or EQ), and Drive. The Gain toggle gives you a choice between more saturated and compressed or more open and crunchy dynamics. This switch plays a big part in how the pedal responds to your playing and touch as a player.

The three-band EQ includes Treble (boost/cut above 1 kHz) and Bass (boost/cut below 200 Hz) controls, plus a Mid switch which provides a 9 dB boost or cut at 500 Hz. Three signal path options determine where the EQ is applied. In Distortion Mode the EQ comes after the distorted signal and has a powerful effect on its timbre while the clean signal is not affected. In Input Mode the EQ comes first in the signal path affecting both the clean and distorted signals. Boosting frequencies in this mode can drive the distortion to a more saturated state.
