ORTLIEB Rollup Top Tube Frame Pack - 4L ORTLIEB’s Rollup Top Tube Frame Pack is a great way of adding 4 litres of cargo capacity to a bike whilst still giving access to the bottle cage bolts. The roll closure gives easy access to the contents and keeps them well protected against the elements whilst the hook and loop fasteners give sufficient latitude to fit most frame sizes and shapes. As the bag sits under the top tube, it keeps any weight low down and central, making it ideal for storing heavier items like tent poles or tools.

A special loop strap with protective patch at the back of roll is designed to work with GRANITE ROCKBAND carrier strap.- ROCKnROLL comes with a mini Ratchet tool, extension rod, and 9-bit kit.
