Fourth version of the JHS's most known and praised overdrive effect pedal - Morning Glory. It features Volume, Drive, Tone and Gain controls. The Volume control acts as a master output level control. One improvement of this version is the doubled amount of available headroom of this control. The Drive control dials in overdrive as user turns it clockwise. As this control increases, the treble content is also slightly increased. The Tone control is a basic high-pass filter, and as user turns it clockwise, the tone becomes brighter. Other companies need a lot of buttons for a good sound, we only need 3 for each overdrive pedal and 2 for the clean boost pedal. From slightly distorted bass with tube sound character to completely distorted - no problem for the LDP (OD/CB).
