These universal fuel filters will replace the standard filter on most fuel injected vehicles fitted with an 8mm bore fuel pipe. They are a disposable type and should be fitted between the fuel rail / injectors and pump.

This ATL filter has been designed to screen to 74 microns and is for use with in tank AC fuel pumps, but can also be fitted onto the end of an in tank pick up hose. The outlet fitting is placed off centre along the length of the filter, allowing the fuel pump (or pick up) to be fitted closer into the corners of the tank.

Constructed of white Saran fabric, the filter has been designed to screen to 74 microns (nominal) and is for use with Walbro 401 and 340 in-tank fuel pumps.The outlet fitting is biased towards the end of the filter, making it easier for a pump to be fitted against the walls of a fuel tank/cell. Internal ribbing inside the filter ensures that the filter does not collapse and thus cut off the fuel to the pump.
