The silver and aluminium windings add depth and clarity to your overall sound as well as having a comfortable feel. The unwound steel E string has a direct response with high end balance. Because of the Violino strings? high grade core you achieve the sound of gut whilst retaining tuning stability. These strings are designed for full size violins and feature ball tailpiece ends.

The Pirastro Perpetual Violin String Pack has a groundbreaking sound with exceptional playability. All four strings are made using synthetic cores which means they dont need to be tuned as often and will "play in" faster than gut strings. The E-string in this set is platinum plated which creates a very brilliant and bright sound and the A-string is wound with aluminium which produces a rich and beautiful sound. Both the D-string and G-string are wound with silver for similar bright and rich tonal characteristics.
