The Shure SLXD3 Wireless XLR Transmitter is a versatile device that allows you to convert any XLR source such as dynamic and condenser microphones into a wireless transmitter for use with SLX-D systems. With its patented locking ring this transmitter ensures a secure and wobble-free connection giving you peace of mind during performances or recordings. This transmitter utilizes a rock-solid RF connection to send 24-bit digital audio from your XLR source to an SLXD4 or SLXD5 Digital Wireless receiver. The result is transparent and high-quality sound reproduction with an extended frequency range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz (microphone dependent) and a dynamic range of 118 dB. Thanks to its digital predictive switching diversity the SLXD3 ensures a reliable and interference-free signal transmission. It also offers switchable power levels and a wide tuning bandwidth allowing for flexibility and compatibility with different regions and frequency bands. Pairing the SLXD3 with a compatible receiver is quick and effortless thanks to the Scan and IR Sync function. Additionally you have the option to power the transmitter with either two AA batteries (providing up to 8 hours of operation) or the optional Shure SB903 rechargeable battery.
