Gianluca Perris has decided to enrich the Italy Collection with the vibrant notes of Neroli Mediterraneo Eau de Parfum, a fragrance that takes us to Calabria, where the favourable climate and the richness of the land boast an exceptional variety of citrus fruits. Around 35,000 hectares are dedicated to the cultivation of citrus fruits, such as orange, mandarin, citron and bergamot. Neroli is an essential oil produced from the blossom of the bitter orange tree, native to the Far East. the neroli essence chosen by Perris comes from Reggio Calabria, a city in southern Italy, renowned for its production of high quality citrus fruits. the scent is fresh, slightly bitter, floral, with aromatic facets. This fragrance immediately reveals the sumptuous citrus and floral character of Neroli, which comes from the sunny coasts of Calabria and is made even more sparkling by a rich mix of citrus fruits: bitter orange of Sicily, mandarin of Sicily and Bergamot of Calabria. Its freshness reveals the most multifaceted nuances in the heart, from the sunny, flowery notes of orange blossom absolute and petitgrain, to the sparkling accord of ginger and timur pepper, to the velvety, mysterious notes of geranium absolute.
