Shock-mounted stereo X/Y microphone capsule that provides two matched unidirectional condenser microphones set at a 90 degree angle. These microphones are housed within an advanced shock mount that employs rugged external mic wires and rubberized material to minimize vibration and handling noise, making it ideal for location videography and live broadcast/podcast applications. The design of the capsule also allows it to handle extremely loud sounds of up to 140 dB SPL, making it perfect for capturing the sound of live rock concerts and for electronic news gathering. This microphone capsule is compatible with the Zoom H5 and H6 Handy Recorders, Q8 Handy Video Recorder, U-44 Handy Audio Interface, F4 and F8 MultiTrack Field Recorders, as well as the ECM-3 extension cable for Zoom microphone capsules.
