In doing so, this places them under less strain and enables the light bulb to last much longer, thereby minimising the number of times it would need to be replaced; for many, the 20,000 hour rated lifetime would be enough to avoid replacement costs altogether.LED light bulbs use up to 90% less energy than incandescent versions and can conceivably reduce your lighting bill by a similar amount.
