CeramicSpeed BSA Bottom Bracket for SRAM GXP Road Black

The CeramicSpeed BSA SRAM GXP Road bottom bracket is a traditional shell size. It has an internal diameter of 34 mm and is 68 mm wide. These cups are screwed into the BSA housing, allowing SRAM and Quarq 24/22 mm connecting rods to be installed. The CeramicSpeed kit comes with bearings pressed into threaded cups, which are then screwed into the frame. These two bearings consist of CeramicSpeed Standard or Coated Bearings. The super-soft and super-round CeramicSpeed balls rotate on hardened steel races in both. The coated version has a metal coating placed on the races, making them even harder and softer, resulting in a longer life and less resistance.The cups come with bearings installed and a sleeve is included to further seal the system from the elements and to stop it from rubbing against the internal cables. Standard bearings have only 0.3-.04 watts of frictional drag per set, an average reduction in drag of 75% compared to standard lower housings.
