Oris expands its iconic Aquis Divers collection with a new Oris AquisPro Date Calibre 400 watch, a formidable, high functioning saturation diving tool guaranteeing only the best in underwater expertise with a water resistance of up to 1,000 metres. Despite coming in large on the wrist at 49.5mm in diameter, the Oris AquisPro Date watch is engineered entirely out of lightweight titanium and treated with a low-glare black DLC coating for a smooth, utilitarian finish. It comes equipped with Oris’ patented Rotating Safety System which allows the wearer to easily adjust and lock the unidirectional rotating bezel in place. The patented unidirectional bezel is also adorned with a special rubber grip and detailed with a bold yellow and white minutes scale against the ceramic insert. Alongside its impressive exterior, the Oris AquisPro Date watch promises exceptional precision, an extended power reserve and a 10 year warranty all thanks to the in-house Oris Calibre 400 movement at its core.  Via two tin barrels, the piece delivers a power reserve of 120 hours, or 5 days and elevated levels of anti-magnetism and an accuracy superior to even that of chronometer standards. At the centre, hands for hours, minutes and seconds hands are dressed in Superluminova alongside a date window at 6 o’clock. Each of the functions are shared on a distinctive wave patterned dial, a design inspired by the original Oris ProDiver collection, and is detailed with the iconic Oris logo, the water resistant certification and the power reserve rating. Additional waterproofness is guaranteed by a black rubber strap fitted with a matching titanium folding buckle. The buckle is also equipped with Oris’ patented Sliding Sledge Clasp which can be adjusted to exceptionally fine tolerances without you having to take the strap off.
