The material has excellent thermal, electrical and chemical properties and proves to be particularly durable. The richly textured surface provides attractive light diffusion all around. The individual components refract the light and direct it in a specific direction depending on its orientation. Even when switched off, a feel-good atmosphere with the lightness of a cloud emanates from the pendant lamp, with the result that it can be used in many rooms and perfectly complements modern interior styles. The white-look shade is harmoniously complemented by a cable that connects it to the discreet round canopy on the ceiling. Thanks to practical magnetic system, the shade can be quickly and easily removed from the suspension for cleaning. Slamp was founded in 1992 by Roberto Ziliani and is based in Rome. Sustainability takes a high priority at the designer lighting manufacturer, which is expressed in the in-house development of durable materials. This reduces environmental costs by a factor of four.
