In order to match the rotation speed to the application in hand, a variable speed dial enables the speed to be adjusted from 5,000 RPM to 35,000 RPM. The 8240 has an ergonomic body shape, wih rubber soft grip padding for comfortable handling. It features the Dremel EZ Twist nose cap for ease of use and has an integrated battery fuel gauge so you can keep track of how much runtime is left in the battery at all times.
