The design of the head also allows the installation of special attachments, such as a flexible shaft, an angle attachment or a chuck (but these accessories are purchased separately). To ensure a comfortable grip when performing various types of work, the engraver comes with two removable caps that cover the spindle. One has an emphasis under the fingers - for precise operations, in which the drill is held in the lower part of the body, like a pencil. The second is much thinner, which should be used when you need to crawl into narrow and hard-to-reach places. Next to the spindle is a backlight LED, thanks to which you can work even in poor lighting conditions. The speed of rotation of the tool is adjusted using the wheel on the body. Next to it is an indicator showing the remaining charge in the battery.
Not without sin
There is one feature that allows you to question the "professional" status of this tool. The fact is that in its design there is only one thrust bearing supporting the shaft. Therefore, large side loads can cause the shaft to loosen and beat during operation of the drill. Therefore, if you are planning to buy a cordless engraver primarily for operations involving significant side loads (for example, intensive work with a cut-off wheel or aggressive deburring with an emery cylinder), then this Bosch model is not the best choice. But when performing work that loads the shaft mainly in the axial direction (engraving, drilling or face milling), the mentioned drawback is unlikely to manifest itself.
Not rich, but there are options
Engraver Bosch GRO 12V-35 Professional with article 06019C5000 is a solo package. It is a "carcass" without a battery and charging. It comes with only a half-empty plastic box for storing accessories, which contains a key for a chuck, a spare aluminium collet, five cutting circles with a diameter of 32 mm with a holder for them, as well as the above-mentioned caps for the spindle. If you want to buy a fully equipped wireless drill, then it is better to take the Bosch GRO 12V-35 Professional 06019C5001 version with two batteries (2 Ah each), a charger and an L-BOXX case.
