Quad Lock Universal Adaptor Quad Lock’s Universal Adaptor can be stuck to the back of smartphones or other devices using the super-strong 3M™ VHB adhesive to provide a secure connection with their mounts. The adaptor is just 4.5mm deep so is slim and unobtrusive but is made from durable composite for longevity.  Please note, Quad Lock highly recommends using a case with the Universal Adaptor if the phone has a glass back.
