Removable filter

— a small mesh (usually at the spout) that catches lime scale flakes and small particles to prevent them from getting into the cup when pouring. Its convenience lies in the fact that the filter can be quickly removed, rinsed under the tap, or cleaned with a soft brush without disassembling the kettle and fussing with citric acid every time for a couple of "crumbs" in the drink. Unlike non-removable inserts or "just for show" filters, the removable option is easier to maintain, clogs less, and stays tidy longer, especially if the water is hard and the kettle is actively used at home or in the office. In practice, this is useful when you frequently boil water for tea/coffee or children's drinks: the filter does not completely solve the issue of scale inside, but it significantly enhances comfort because there is less sediment in the cup and the taste remains purer.
