Thread-cutting

— specialized machines for cutting various types of threads on blanks (studs, bolts, metal and non-metal products, pipes). With their help, you can cut internal and external threads of any type — cylindrical, conical, pipe, etc. For these purposes, the machine is reconfigured to the desired size and type of thread. The executive tool can be located on such machines in a vertical plane or horizontally. For cutting external threads, they use dies, screw heads and cutters. Internal threaded connections are cut with taps and specialized cutters.
