| The main nutrients in organic potato flakes are carbohydrates, of which 80% are starch, proteins, vitamins C, B3 and pantothenic acid and minerals such as potassium, sodium, calcium and iron. They are an excellent food because it counteracts accumulated organic acids, excellent against stomach ulcers.
