— combo amplifiers designed for use with electric guitars. They differ in a rather extensive set of additional effects (although the specific set of effects may be different, depending on the model). Note that such devices are at least not recommended for use with acoustic guitars: despite the similarity in frequencies, electric and acoustic guitars fundamentally differ in their sound characteristics.
