— the same socks are considered optimal for fishing, as for other types of outdoor activity — hunting, tourism, etc. One of the main requirements for such products is effective moisture removal; and models designed for the cold season should also retain heat well. At the same time, many of the latter are also suitable for warm weather — when using "breathable" shoes.

Note that nowadays, synthetic materials such as acrylic and polyester are widely used for “fishing” socks: modern technologies make it possible to create products from them that are noticeably superior in performance to analogues made from natural fabrics.
