Leak protection systems with Z-Wave connectivity
Z-Wave
— a communication protocol specifically developed for automation and remote control systems. It provides the transmission of very simple and short control commands with minimal delays; the communication uses a frequency range up to 1 GHz, which makes it practically immune to interference from nearby Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices. Another interesting feature of Z-Wave is the use of a MESH topology. A signal from a sensor in such a network can be transmitted to the control device either directly or through any number of intermediary nodes, with the optimal route being determined based on the current situation: for example, if one of the nodes on the shortest signal path fails, the information will bypass through other relays within range. No offers found
