PETG

— PETG plastic combines the strength characteristics of ABS with the versatility of PLA. When used in hot printing, this plastic virtually does not shrink, layers adhere well, and do not deform. It can be used to create high-precision products of almost any size. PETG is an improved version of the classic PET plastic. The improvement consists of additional saturation with glycol, making the plastic less brittle and significantly increasing its heat resistance. PETG is a non-toxic material and is safe for use in the production of food containers. The extrusion temperature ranges from 200 to 230°C. This type of plastic is resistant to the effects of many alkalis, acids, and saline solutions.
