Nut

— a fastener that is based on a threaded ring that is screwed onto a bolt, stud or other fastener. The outer shape of the classic nut, known to almost everyone, is hexagonal, with a through hole. However, wheel nuts are often of a different design. So, they are often made closed, in the form of "cups" that cover the wheel stud from the end, and the external shape may be non-standard (see "Additional — secret").
