Replacement files for saws and graters

Replaceable files

— disposable abrasive stickers on a paper or film base, which are applied to a metal "podo disk" for fast and hygienic treatment of feet and nails. The grit is selected based on the task: coarse grains 60–120 quickly remove rough skin on the heels, 150–180 even out surfaces, and 220–320 provide a finishing polish. Film files last longer and don't "soak," versions with a foam backing are softer on the skin and reduce overheating, and perforation helps with dust collection. Compared to reusable stones and attachments, disposable files are safer in terms of sanitation and save time on sterilization, but they are used more frequently. Typical scenarios include callus removal, surface leveling before coating, and finishing polishing.
