These 12 inch side hung egress hinges are used for fire-escape purposes and where safety is needed. An integral green button catch is inbuilt into these hinges for easier identification. When the wind more→ow is released beyond the 100mm limiter the window will return to its safety catch position. Only one hinge is built with a restrictor button and this should be placed at the bottom of the window for easy reach. Supplied as a handed pair (left handed) and in a 13mm hinge thickness.
