This is a fairly convenient method of dosing, which some users like more than completely manual application (although the product still has to be rubbed onto the skin). On the other hand, a feature of the spray is that it creates a feeling of coolness when it comes into contact with the skin, which can create discomfort, especially in hot weather or with increased sensitivity to cold.
