Juicers

— a specialized nozzle for making juice, fruit drinks, purees, sauces, etc. Note that there are several types of juicers: for citrus, auger, centrifuge, etc.

Citrus juicers for oranges, lemons, limes, and grapefruits feature an open bowl with a rotating convex grid. Simply cut the citrus in half, place it on the mesh, and let it spin for easy juice extraction.

The auger juicer, resembling a low-speed meat grinder attachment, uses a cylindrical fine-meshed screen for juice extraction. This versatile tool can prepare juices, purees, and fruit drinks from a variety of berries, fruits, and vegetables, provided they are peeled and free from large seeds.

Centrifugal juicer — this high-speed attachment for food processors and machines is specially designed to extract pure juice from seedless berries, fruits and vegetables.

Press — an attachment for extracting juice, morsels and purees from berries and fruits without large seeds. The press squeezes the juice not by grinding but by pressing down firmly. It is connected to a low-speed actuator.
