Construction Adhesives Draper

This two part, cold curing epoxy resin adhesive is suitable for bonding a wide range of surfaces including steel, aluminium, and galvanised iron. Reacts within five minutes to give a tough resilient bond.

Ideal for low-strength thread locking on adjusting screws, countersunk head screws and set screws. Very good on low strength metals which could break during disassembly.

This easily applied flexible gasket paste ideal for aluminium flanges forming a tough red, temperature resistant gasket. Its high viscosity and fast curing enables the paste to seal almost any size an more→d shape creating an instant low pressure seal while removing the need for traditional paper or cork gaskets.

A toughened structural adhesive formulated for bonding differing substrates as well as unprepared metals, ceramics, wood, concrete and standard thermoset plastics. The final adhesive bond is designed more→to be load bearing and resistant to weathering, humidity and temperature variations.

The Draper D572 Brake and Air Line Seal cures due to the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces. Prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. Good chemical/solvent resistance more→to ethanol, motor oil, unleaded petrol and brake fluid.

The Draper D542 for metal threaded fittings especially useful on hydraulic pipes. Used on low, medium and high-pressure lines and cures to form a tough high-pressure seal.

The Draper D243 Nut Lock Adhesive is a medium strength threadlocker designed for applications where oil contamination is present. This oil tolerant formula offers reliable thread locking performance e more→ven when applied to parts with a light oily film, making it ideal for workshop environments where completely degreasing components isn't always practical. With a break away torque of 16Nm, this threadlocking adhesive provides secure fastening for nuts, bolts and threaded assemblies whilst still allowing for disassembly with standard hand tools when required. The Draper D270 Stud Lock is a general purpose adhesive for permanent threaded assemblies. Secures studs up to 13mm, sealing against leakage and corrosion. Chemical resistant while also resisting fuel more→s, lubricants and most industrial liquids and gases.

Provides instant seals and cures rapidly. When fully cured it’s capable of sealing metal threaded joints up to 350 bar.

Instant gasket material forms in place, making almost any size and shape, replacing paper, cork etc. Once applied the assembled parts are usually suitable for immediate low pressure (6 bar) service an more→d once cured can resist 350 bar pressure depending on gap size.
