Mountain bike wheels
Mountain bikes
— this category includes conditionally “off-road” wheels of increased width, designed for driving on rough terrain, incl. in the complete absence of roads. Previously, it was customary for mountain bike wheels to be 26 inches in diameter, but this is now an outdated size. Most MTB bicycles are equipped with 27.5-inch wheels, less often - 29-inch wheels (the so-called “niners”). The large diameter is not intended to improve speed characteristics, but to increase the contact patch and increase the cross-country ability of the MTB bike.Show
