Usually, the volume of the bag is designed for a standard exhalation of an adult, 2-3 repetitions of this procedure are enough for inflation, and the procedure itself is simpler and less tiring than inflation without a pump. At the same time, the bags in the folded state take up a minimum of space and are usually carried in one case with a rug.
