Heat pump tumble dryers
Heat pump drying
— condensation dryers (see "Drying type"), have a heat pump in their design. Such a pump is similar in design to a compressor from a conventional refrigerator, and it works as follows: the heat that is released during moisture condensation is not discharged to the outside (as in simpler recuperator machines) but is transferred back to the heater. Due to this, energy costs are significantly reduced, and the drying itself becomes faster and more efficient. In addition, heat pump machines do not heat the surrounding air, which is especially true in hot weather. Their main drawback is their high price.heat pump drying | clear | Save List |
