— the HDMI interface was created for high-definition digital signal transmission and advanced multi-channel audio, and is now widely used in modern electronics. miniHDMI is a smaller version of this interface, identical to it in everything except the shape and dimensions of the connector. This output is installed in portable consoles and game pads, for which the full-size plug is too large. It allows you to easily connect the set-top box to a modern TV and play on the big screen (and in some models, watch movies).
