Gasoline
— gasoline powered aerators are powerful and efficient, making them well suited to large and/or heavily trashed areas. In addition, such units do not require nearby sockets and do not use a power cord that creates inconvenience and restricts mobility; and refueling, if there is a supply of fuel, is carried out in a matter of minutes. At the same time, gasoline engines have a number of serious drawbacks: they are complex in design, produce quite loud noise and exhaust gases during operation, and gasoline is not cheap. Therefore, this option is found mainly in professional models of aerators designed for large volumes of work — in such units, the described advantages far outweigh the disadvantages.
