Spirit level with swivel capsule
— measuring vial capsule mounted in a swivel holder with goniometric scale. Thus, by turning the capsule to the desired angle, it is possible to control the compliance of a particular surface with this angle. The accuracy of the scale is usually not very high (about 2 °), but often this accuracy is quite enough, and with simple measurements, a level with this function can be a good alternative to an inclinometer (see "Type") — the rotary capsule is much cheaper than the electronic hardware with display.
