Tweezers (clipper)

— a device with two characteristic small curved blades, which, when compressed, close like jaws, "biting off" the nail. Actually, they are used for cutting nails. The advantages of tweezers compared to classic scissors are safety, convenience and speed of work; in addition, they cope better with thick nails and can be used with equal success for hands and feet. At the same time, such a tool works noticeably rougher, which is why it is poorly suitable for a neat high-class manicure and is more often used for purely hygienic purposes.
